Discipleship isn't just part of the church, it is the church. As we look toward the next decade, we're committed to building deeper, not just bigger. That means creating clear, catalytic pathways for people to encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and live it out loud.

Our vision is to see 3,000 spiritual decisions, 2,000 baptisms, and 5,000 maturing disciples by 2028, each one marked by meaningful engagement through Growth Track, online discipleship courses, and Leadership College.

We believe discipleship should be accessible, accountable, and active and we're just getting started.

We believe the next generation isn't just next, they're now. From toddlers to teenagers to young adults, we're reimagining what ministry looks like for this moment. That means creating spaces, systems, and strategies that speak to their world and shape their faith both in the church and in culture.

Our vision is to revolutionize ministry for kids, students, and families through the creation of 100 original family-centered resources, the launch of a creative and production arm to disciple through digital platforms, and the renovation and expansion of kids ministry spaces.

We're also committed to supporting families at every stage, including children with special and exceptional needs, ensuring that every child feels seen, known, and included. This is a movement built on legacy and it starts now.

As we step into this next chapter, we're not just adding a central location; we're expanding the reach of a vision that transforms lives far beyond Sunday.

Our goals are catalytic: the construction of a Central Campus, the launch of our 5th campus, our global Online Campus, the securing of a permanent gathering space for our DMV location, and the expansion of key partnerships to help us impact the 167 hours outside of Sunday services.

We're building places where faith can take root, families can flourish, and future generations can grow up knowing they belong in the house of God. The foundation is being laid not just for today, but for decades to come.

We don't believe in keeping good things to ourselves. At The Life Church, we believe in the full advancement of the Kingdom not just for our church, but for the Church. That's why we're dreaming of a network designed to strengthen leaders, share resources, and multiply impact far beyond our walls.

This network will be a place to engage, equip, and empower ministry leaders for generational Kingdom impact.

It will steward the lessons we've learned, the culture we've cultivated, and the leadership we've developed so others can run further, faster, and with greater clarity.
