The Life Church is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth and engagement of our young members and their families. The Guest Experience Coordinator oversees the Parking, Hospitality, First Impressions, and Safe Hands teams, ensuring an exceptional arrival and ongoing experience for everyone who visits. This role focuses on managing guest services, enhancing the guest experience, and maintaining a secure and pleasant environment, all while aligning with The Life Church’s mission to inspire a better life through faith.

Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Richmond, Virginia area to fulfill the responsibilities of this role effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Parking: Manage parking areas, ensuring efficient traffic flow and guest assistance. Recruit, train, and oversee parking volunteers, providing feedback and recognition.

• Hospitality: Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, providing information, and ensuring hospitality areas are clean and stocked. Oversee hospitality volunteers, ensuring smooth service during events.

• First Impressions: Greet and guide guests at the entrance, provide information on events, and facilitate smooth check-ins. Ensure a clean and inviting entrance area.

• Safe Hands: Ensure a safe environment by monitoring the premises and coordinating with security. Respond to safety incidents and maintain emergency preparedness, including regular safety drills and training.

• Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for each team. Develop schedules, provide ongoing support, and organize volunteer appreciation activities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.

• Familiarity with The Life Church’s vision and commitment to guest service.

• Applicants must reside in the Richmond, Virginia area or be willing to relocate to fulfill the responsibilities of this role effectively.
