As a Worship Coordinator, you’ll get to lead and build the worship culture at our DMV TLC campus. You’ll serve alongside your Campus Pastor and the Director of Experience, and partner with the Music Director and Production to make every Sunday Passionate, Polished and Prepared.

What You’ll Do:

• You’ll lead worship at your campus and equip the worship leaders assigned to you.

• You’ll care for, recruit, audition, onboard and develop your worship team and vocalists.

• You’ll build monthly sets within approved direction and keep Planning Center schedules complete and accurate.

• You’ll lead rehearsals with Music and Production so the team is ready every Sunday.

• You’ll uphold TLC’s worship culture and standards through coaching and accountability.

• You’ll stay aligned with campus and Experience leadership, and support Experience One, Altar Nights and other ministry moments.

Must Have:

• Lives a life that represents Jesus and His church.

• Experience leading worship and a worship team.

• Strong vocal ability and experience developing vocalists.

• Strong communication, organization and follow-through.

• A teachable spirit and a passion to grow the local church.

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience developing emerging worship leaders.

• Basic Planning Center skills.

• Experience recruiting and onboarding volunteers.

• Experience serving in a multisite church.

Pay: $25 - 30 per hour                                    Anticipated Start Date: December 1, 2026
