As one church in multiple locations, we are seeking a dynamic Campus Pastor to lead, inspire, and foster spiritual growth within our local campus. This role requires visionary leadership, effective communication, and a heart for pastoral care and community engagement.

Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Richmond, Virginia area to fulfill the responsibilities of this role effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preaching and Teaching: Deliver engaging, biblically sound sermons; collaborate on sermon series planning.

• Pastoral Care: Provide spiritual support through counseling, visitations, and life event guidance.

• Volunteer Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop Dream Team volunteers across various ministry areas.

• Campus Operations: Oversee campus activities and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Community Engagement: Build relationships within the church and local community, addressing needs through outreach and service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pastoral ministry, preaching, and leadership.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate volunteers across diverse ministries.

• Passion for community engagement and fostering spiritual growth.
